Why should I read the FAQ?
The FAQ section contains the minimum amount of information that we think that patients need to know for each section. It is important that you click on the plus sign for each FAQ and read the response.
The self care portal is a tool that you can use to complete a number of health care tasks. This might include learning about a new health condition that your have been diagnosed with, completing a medication review or making a treatment decision.
The portal is designed to help you and you therefor do not have to use it. If you would prefer to book an appointment with your health care professional please contact your surgery in the usual way.
Your health care team will be able to let you know what section of the portal you need to use and when.
